Hi, I’m Jennifer, an online fitness, nutrition, and gut health coach.

I help women reduce digestive issues, lose weight, & heal their relationship with food + fitness.

I’ve been running my wellness business since 2017. Many years before starting my business, I faced a serious and life changing diagnosis of Crohn’s disease (I even almost had my colon removed). This situation opened my eyes to see the importance of taking care of my health. I began working out daily, I started eating better, and became the strongest, healthiest version of myself.

I’ve now been in remission from Crohn's for the last 7+ years. I truly believe this is due to my own commitment with following a healthy lifestyle. After going through this experience, it only felt right to start teaching other women how to do the same!

I’m all about teaching you how to improve your lifestyle, one step at a time. It’s also my goal to teach you how to stick with healthy habits that will last a lifetime!

  • 6 Group Coaching Calls With Q&A: Our calls will happen weekly. Calls will be recorded if you can’t make it live, however it is recommended you show up for the calls live. Each week we will focus on a different topic related to bloating + you will be assigned homework to do on your own.

  • Community Support Group: A supportive environment where everyone can share their experiences, challenges, and successes. I’ll be in this group frequently to address any questions you have and will answer them personally.

  • Symptom Tracker: You’ll track your diet as well as any symptoms to help you build awareness so that you can identify your unique trigger foods.

You’ll learn about common trigger foods which will allow you to make mindful choices for a bloat-free life.

Week #3 - Gut-Friendly Nutrition: Incorporating gut-friendly foods into your diet is crucial for digestive health. This week focuses on building a nutrition plan that supports regular bowel movements, weight management, and overall well-being.

You’ll learn how to optimize your diet to promote a healthier gut + reduce digestive issues like bloating.

Week #4 - Hydration & Bloating: Proper hydration plays a key role in reducing bloating. This week emphasizes the significance of water intake, introduces herbal teas for digestive support, and provides practical strategies for staying well-hydrated.

You’ll discover the connection between hydration and LESS bloating. You’ll receive practical tips to improve your hydration game.

Week #5 - Stress Management for Digestive Health: Stress has a profound impact on digestion. This week covers stress reduction techniques and mindfulness practices, offering tools to manage daily stressors that can contribute to bloating.

Week #6 - Building a Bloat-Free Lifestyle: This week provides a We’ll recap the main strategies for reducing bloating. We’ll also cover meal planning and other long-term habits for maintaining a healthy gut.

The Balanced Belly Bootcamp is designed specifically for women in their 30’s /40’s who are juggling career and family responsibilities, aiming to address their digestive challenges like bloating + weight gain. This program is for you if you want a holistic method to follow that will end the daily embarrassment of gas and bloating so that you can prime your body to lose weight.

Is this program suitable for beginners?

This program is designed for beginners with little-to-no experience with fitness + nutrition. I consider this to be a beginners program as it teaches you the foundations of health + wellness.

How much homework will I need to commit to each week?

Our weekly calls are about an hour long, and you will need an additional 1-2 hours more to focus on your homework assignments (these calls will be recorded and sent out later in case you can’t make it live). You can also expect to spend 10-30 minutes per day inside the Slack community. In total, the estimated weekly time commitment ranges from 3 to 4 hours, allowing for flexibility within your schedule. The program is designed to be manageable, ensuring you can incorporate the learnings and practices into your daily life without overwhelming your existing commitments.

Will I continue to get access to the program materials after the 6 weeks?

Absolutely! Your journey doesn't end after the 6-week program finishes. Upon completing the Balanced Belly Bootcamp, you will have lifetime access to the program materials and resources. This extended access allows you to revisit the valuable content at your own pace, reinforcing the lessons + strategies learned during the program.
