  • Healing With Jennifer Fitness App Access: Use Jennifer’s user-friendly app to track workouts + habits. This is where you’ll also communicate with Jennifer between calls.

  • Tailored Strength Training: Customized strength training programs suitable for all fitness levels, ensuring you build strength at a pace that suits you.

  • Nutrition Coaching: Expert guidance to fuel your body with nourishing foods, along with practical meal plan ideas + meal recipes. Know exactly how many calories to be eating in order to reach your goals.

  • Gut Health Support: Learn how to heal your gut holistically through nutrition & lifestyle practices

  • Mindfulness Practices: Embrace meditation & stress-relief techniques that contribute to your overall healing.

  • Reflective Journaling: Engage with thought-provoking prompts that encourage self-discovery and emotional well-being.

  • Rich Educational Content: Access endless resources that provide you with the knowledge & insights essential to navigating your health journey with confidence.

What does the process of working together look like?

  1. Auditing & Awareness: Consider this as spring cleaning for your health. Together we’ll audit your sleep, stress, nutrition, and movement routine to determine our greatest areas of opportunity.

  2. Sleep & Stress Management: This is where we focus on improving your sleep habits & will identify/remove your stress triggers. This will enhance your ability to be able to handle the stress that comes up in your life. These are also the foundations to losing weight + healing your gut.

  3. Nutrition Accountability : You will receive your own personal nutrition guidelines to follow. This will include how many calories you should be eating daily. You will be responsible for tracking your diet inside the Healing With Jennifer Fitness App for accountability + guidance.

  4. Exercise Accountability : You will be assigned exercise homework based on the equipment you have access to. You will be held accountable to these workouts inside the Healing With Jennifer Fitness App.

  5. Navigating Challenges: As you go through the work in this program, challenges will arise. You will learn how to navigate these challenges so that you stay consistent with reaching your goals.
